GYMNEMA SYLVESTRE-CONTAINING BEER, MISCELLANEOUS LIQUOR AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the title beer and miscellaneous liquors providing a chance of drinking beer even with diabetic, fat persons, etc., by adding ground material of Gymnema sylvestre or extracted material (processed material) therefrom with a solvent during production process of beer. CONSTITUTION:A ground material of Gymnema sylvestre or extracted material (processed material) therefrom with a solvent is added during any process of feeding process, prefermenting process, post fermenting process, aging process and beer filtering process or during any of miscellaneous liquors-producing processes to give Gymnema sylvestre-containing beer and miscellaneous liquors. Beer having 100-66.7% malt use ratio is preferable as the beer.
