PURPOSE:To rapidly cool a grip part, etc., by disposing a hydrogen occulusion alloy at one location in a mobile structure such as an automobile and a hydrogen storage container at the other location in the same, and moving hydrogen in the hydrogen-occulusion alloy into the hydrogen storage vessel at a predetermined time such as the time under the burning sun. In contrast hydrogen-occulusion alloy vessels 1b, 1c filled with the hydrogen-occulusion alloy MH1B are disposed as a hydrogen storage vessel in the vicinity of a radiator. The hydrogen-occulusion alloy MH1S and the hydrogen-occulusion alloy vessels 1b, 1c are coupled through hydrogen pipings 4, 5 equipped with a solenoid valve 3. Hereby, the solenoid valve 3 is released under the buning sun and so on as an engine is started to migrate hydrogen-occulusion alloy MH1A to the hydrogen-occulusion alloy MH1B utilizing an equilibrium hydrogen pressure difference. Thereupon, the grip parts 1,2 are rapidly cooled as the hydrogen is discharged.
