PURPOSE: To provide the title method designed to scatter fishing bait effectively at a desired depth below the water surface, and also provide the title basket and pack. ;CONSTITUTION: A bag body 2b is packed with scattering bait to prepare a scattering bait pack. Thence, the body 10 in a basket 1 is packed with this scattering bait pack, and the resulting basket is allowed to descend to a desired depth below the water surface at a fishing spot, where the bait bag body 2b is broken with a relevant means 15 set at the basket body 10, thus ensuring the bait to be effectively scattered around.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
