PURPOSE: To obtain the subject small-sized and simple device capable of sterilizing a seasoning solution such as sauce or soup by equipping a closed container having an inlet at the top and an outlet at the bottom with a pressure reducing means, a heat exchange means and an agitating means. ;CONSTITUTION: The top of a main body 37 of a closed container is provided with a raw material inlet 39 having a valve 38, an air vent 41 having a valve 40 and a ventilation hole 43 having a valve and equipped with a sterilizing filter 42. The air vent is connected to a vacuum pump 45 having a heat exchanger 45a. The bottom of the main body of the container is equipped with a solution outlet 47 having a valve 46, the outer peripheral face of the main body of the container is furnished with a heating medium path 48, which is connected to a heater 51A and a cooler 51B.
