PURPOSE: To enable continuous usage at an arbitrary attitude without vomiting waste water, and to obtain a multipurpose water discharger such as the washing of the mouth having high washing effect and massage effect by discharging waste water generated when the mouth is washed without separately installing a pump for suction. ;CONSTITUTION: In a multipurpose water discharger 8, in which water such as city water is warmed to be warm water and introduced to a water discharging section 16 at the front end of a gripping section 15 through a hose 14 and the mouth, etc., are washed, an orifice 23 is formed in the outlet of a pipe 22 branched from a piping 13, through which water passes. The jet of water ejected from the orifice 23 is introduced to a small chamber 24, and negative pressure is generated, thus sucking waste water generated when the mouth is washed.
