PURPOSE:To stand up perpendicularly a large number of reinforcing wire nets within one concrete shuttering and arrange them by standing in a raw at fixed intervals, by a method wherein a row of the teeth of a comb where the teeth of the comb are drawn up in a line at fixed intervals is provided in several rows and a mechanism holding releasably freely a wire net inserted between the teeth of the comb is provided on a frame main body. CONSTITUTION:A frame main body of a reinforcing wire net carrying frame 13 is assembled into a square by a lengthwise long machine 38 and lateral machine and possesses a bottom plate. Then the teeth 13a of a comb are set up at fixed intervals P in a lengthwise long direction and at intervals where a wire net (a) can be inserted in a lateral direction. The wire net (a) which is loaded between the teeth 13a of the comb is held by a wire net holding device (b) holding the wire net (a) freely releasably. The wire net holding device (b) is provided with, for example, a rubber pad 45 and nail 46, kept on always under a holding state by springs 51, 52 and a cylinder 58 becomes a state where holding is released only during operation. When the carrying frame 13 arrives at the upper part of a concrete shuttering, the holding device (b) is made into a state where the holding is released and the wire net (a) is loaded between setting bars of the concrete shuttering.
