The frame comprises a tipping bottom shaft support (32) provided with a shaft (8), on which the netting roll is located. The shaft can tip between a lowered loading position of the roll and a raised position for unwinding the netting. A top shaft support (34) holds the upper end of the shaft in the vertical unwinding position. A plate (11) engaged on the shaft rotates around it to support the netting roll.
