WORK CARRYING-IN REQUISITION ADDING METHOD FOR NUMERICAL CONTROL PROGRAM

PURPOSE:To improve the extent of operation rate by calculating operation time at each block of a numerical control program, adding the operation time to the forefront block from the final one, and when the total amount has become more than the work carry-in required time, making a carry-in requisition so as to be added to the finally added block. CONSTITUTION:A premade NC program is stored in an external memory 4 in advance. When execution of a work carry-in requisition adding program is started, a processor 5 takes out the NC program one block at a time, thereby calculating the operation time of a NC machine of the block. In succession, this operation time is successively added to the forefront block from the final block, while at each addition, it is compared with the work carry-in required time. Then, if it has become more than the work carry-in required time, a work carry-in requisition is added to the finally added block.
