PURPOSE:To provide a bias momentum posture stability type posture control device for an artificial satellite to execute the triaxial posture control of the artificial satellite which requires directional control having high precision and high stability in a bias momentum stability mode. CONSTITUTION:A miniature control moment gyro(CMG) 2 which high-speedly responses so as to precisely and stably execute control around an axis to perpendicularly cross the direction of bias angular momentum is combined with a bias momentum system posture control using two sets of momentum wheels 1, 1. The control in the direction of the bias angular momentum is strongly executed through the momentum wheels, and the control in a direction perpendicularly crossing the above direction is executed through CMG.
