PURPOSE: To easily recognize the development condition by automatically acquiring and editing process management information required by a process manager to store it in the storage destination or the like designated by him at the time of specification generating work of information processing system development. ;CONSTITUTION: Definition information of process management in formation and that of the storage destination preliminarily designated by the process manager are set in first and second register parts 13 and 14. A specification generating part generates specifications and stores them in a buffer part 17. A process management information acquiring part 15 monitors this specification generation condition to automatically acquire the process management information. A process management information editing part 16 selects and edits desired information from acquired process management information based on definition information in the register part 13 and stores the result in a buffer part 18.
