PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a pillar, improve the construction property, and save labor by protruding the anchor reinforcements of beam main reinforcements from the outer periphery of the connection section of the pillar and the beam of each floor of an underground structure of the steel pipe pillar having a specific height. CONSTITUTION:Thick sections 3 are formed on the inner periphery of the connection section of the pillar and the beam of each floor of a steel pipe pillar 1 having the height added with the buried length for the foundation to the preset length of the floor height of an underground structure, diaphragms 4 having openings 5 are arranged between the thick sections 3, and anchor reinforcements 2 of beam main reinforcements 12 are welded on the outer periphery. In the inverted construction method, the lower end section of the steel pipe 1 is buried in a foundation pile by the preset length, then concrete 9 is filled over the whole length in the steel pipe pillar 1 to construct a steel pipe concrete pillar. The beam main reinforcements 12 of the reinforced concrete beam 11 of each floor are connected to the anchor reinforcements 2, and the steel pipe concrete pillar, the reinforced concrete beam 11, and a slab are integrally constructed.
