RESIDUAL GAS REMOVAL PROMOTING DEVICE IN ETHYLENE OXIDE GAS STERILIZATION

PURPOSE:To make toxicity and a sterilizer of ethylene oxide gas, adsorbed and left in an object to be sterilized, removable in a short time by humidifying the harmful ethylene oxide gas, adsorbed and left in a sterilizer device and in the object to be sterilized, with the gas adsorbed in moisture while being replaced with germless air. CONSTITUTION:A gas heating tank 7 and a moisture introducing solenoid valve 8 are provided being connected to a hot water tank 5 for coating the periphery of a housing device 1 for objects to be sterilized and a gas introducing pipe 6, and by the hot water tank 5 and the heating tank 7, while keeping the temperature in the housing device 1 to a fixed value at the same time intermittently discharging via the moisture introducing solenoid valve 8, the gas in the housing device 1 in the introduction of germless moisture by a gas discharge solenoid valve 3. Also vacuum and air purification is performed by a cleaning air introducing solenoid valve 4 and the moisture introducing solenoid valve 8 simultaneously with the humidifying time automatically repeated respectively by unmanned operation for a fixed time. In this way, toxic ethylene oxide gas, adsorbed and left in the sterilization object housing device 1 and sterilization object, can be removed in a short time.
