PURPOSE: To allow the electrolysis treatment of inside surface of a long-sized or curved pipe by constituting the electrode to be inserted into a pipe to be subjected to the electrolysis treatment of the inside surface and the electric wire to be connected thereto or only the electrode of a spring-like material. ;CONSTITUTION: The coiled pipe or curved pipe is subjected to the electrolysis treatment of its inside surface by using the electrode. A spring property is imparted to the electrode to be inserted into this pipe and the electric wire to be connected to the electrode if the pipe to be treated has the length exceeding the length of the electrode. Only the electrode is constituted of the material having the spring property if the length of the pipe to be treated does not exceed the length of the electrode. The electrode is made into a structure combined with a shaft 4 having the spring property and a electric good conductor 5. This structure is coated with a high-polymer material 6 having heat resistance, chemical resistance, by which the electrode is constituted.
