The device is used in power supply industry and in railway transportation for voltage control and regulation in distribution sub-stations and in the traction contact network. It enhances the precision of adjustment of only one limit voltage value within the fluctuation range.The device consists of respectively connected current/voltage transformer (1), highest and lowest limiting voltage values comparators (2 and 3), actuators (4 and 5), a clock (6), a summating amplifier (7), a reference voltage generator (8), a potentiometer (9), a AC/DC converter (10), a clock-starting bloc (11), strobbing blocs for highest and lowest limiting voltage values (12 and 13), flip-flop for highest and lowest limiting voltage values (14 and 15), initial positioning bloc (16), TTI-impulses formators (17), command counter (18), blocks against opposite commands for top and bottom tension limit values (19 and 20) and a signal "failure" lamp (21).
