INSTALLATION FOR ESTIMATING OF THE ANTISCALE EFFECT OF MAGNETIC TREATMENT OF WATER

This plant finds application in the magnetic treatment of different types of water used as cooling agent in heat exchangers. It enables increasing the precision and reducing the time taken by the process. The plant consists of the following components, in serial arrangement: water tank (1) with inlet and outlet orifices, one of which fitted with a lid (2), pipe (3), pump (4), inspection pipe (5) placed in a heater (6) and another pipe (7) connected to the inlet orifice of the water tank (1), all arranged as a closed-loop system. A section of the pipe (7) contains a vessel for water magnetic treatment (8) and a conductivity meter (9).
