The initial working mixture is formed (in mass parts) of 36 to 60 zircon, 35 to 62 steatite, 4 to 12 clay raw material and 0.5 to 5 calcium and/or magnesium oxide, as well as some oxides of alkaline earth or their combination. Dry or wet short-term grinding and possible subsequent granulation prepares a ceramic working mixture, which is created by known ceramic technologies, into semi-products, which are thermally processed at 1,200 to 1,350 degrees C.
