Guidance and management system for physical exercise periods. The invention refers to a system for the production of different types of stimuli, sensed by the human organism and used to promote proper guidance, individuality, diversification, management and improvements in the physical exercise of trainees. The realisation of accurate management for exercising persons is done through a Computer (A) and an Electronic display panel (B), equipped with different coloured lamps (A1-AV, LE, LD, ME) which are activated through the Computer, equipped with the indicated software for determining type, quality and duration of the training stimuli. Activation of lamps of a certain colour signals each trainee individually to exercise, while that of another colour prompts the trainee to rest until the desired number of repetitions is reached.
