A machine of the type which comprises a granulating machine 6 which receives the products from supply hoppers 1 and 2 and which provides the granulated product to a receiving and cooling body 8, characterized in that it comprises a set 9 which is suitable for supplying cooled air with a controlled level of humidity to the body 8 receiving the granulated product from the granulator 6, this cooled and controlled air being supplied at low pressure and at a reduced speed and, after having circulated countercurrentwise with respect to the granulated product, being extracted directly to the outside by means of an extraction system 14 which requires no fine-grain recovery device.
