A SLEEVE (M) IS PREFERABLY FIXED IN A TUBE (T) PREVIOUSLY INSERTED IN THE TUBULAR PLATE (P) OF A STEAM GENERATOR OF A NUCLEAR PRESSURE WATER POWER PLANT AND IT HAS DETERIORATED. A LASER YAG PROVIDES A LIGHTING BEAM OF WELDING WHICH IS DRIVEN BY AN OPTICAL FIBER (F) UP TO AN OPTICAL CELL (30,37) WHICH FOCUSES IT ON THE SLEEVE TO PERFORM THE WELDING AND TURNS AROUND THE FIBER TO PERFORM A CORD . THE FIBER CAN SLIDE AXIALLY TO IMPROVE THE FOCUS WITH THE HELP OF A REGULATION BEAM PROVIDED BY A HELIO-NEON LASER AND TRAVEL THE OPTICAL FIBER IN BOTH SIDES.
