ABSTRACTQuinuclidine derivatives having the general formula (I)and geometrical isomers, enantiomers, diastereoisomers, racematesand/or acid addition salts thereof, wherein Z represents the group CR1R2 or two hydrogen atoms; and R1 and R2, which may be identicalor different, are each alkyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, aryl, ordiarylmethylol, or alkyl which is substituted by one or more arylgroups, or one of R1 and R2 may be hydrogen.
