Ring-shaped building system for garages, storage places, theatre, bazaar and the like, of which the ground plan contour is a stadium-like curve preferably with circular or elliptical shape. The main point of the solution is that it has an arched structural construction and its internal areas are made of ring-shape on every storey where the external useful tract (1) is separated from the internal useful tract (3) by a communication strip (2), in addition, an air-changing cortile (5) is located centrally where running-down strip (7) and access strip (8) are formed preferably with arched shape in the area of communication strip for connecting storeys.
