we can obtain a volume of fluid movement in a system of capillary electrophoresis, by imposing a temperature change on the part of the capillary is connected to the capillary on a sphere at one end.we can use the method for the loading of samples, in which case it is the introduction of a small volume, or to clean the capillary using a buffer solution in which there is the introduction of a large volume.the temperature change may be an increase or a decrease, and the volume increased to above through the capillary is controlled so as to obtain a high degree of precision by the selection and accurate measurement of the volume of the sphere, or a portion of the capillary, a one temperature change is applied, precise regulation of the change of temperature.
