Device (10) for analysing and measuring mechanical properties, in particular tension levels, of stretched flexible structures, comprising: - a rigid base (11) in the shape of a ring; - a vibrating pot (18), rigidly connected to the rigid base; - a rigid linking rod (21), connected at one end to the vibrating pot (18) and at its other end to a sucker (23) intended to press this rod (21) firmly against the face of the flexible structure (1); - a force sensor (33), mounted on the linking rod (21), intended to measure the dynamic force emitted by the pot (18); - a movement sensor (31); - a processing and computational unit (36) intended: . to receive the signals (32, 33) emitted respectively by the force sensor and the movement sensor (31) as a function of the excitation frequency; . to process these two signals (32, 33); . to compute the complex ratio of the two signals (32, 33) as a function of the frequency of the vibration emitted; . to display a result representative of the property measured.
