Method and preparation of immobilization of enzyme by crosslinking with polymer containing crosslinking agent and 1-aminoethylene group

A polymer containing 1-amino ethylene moieties and, optionally, N-vinyl formamide is used in immobilization of enzymes together with a cross-linking agent such as glutaraldehyde. Physically strong particles suited for use in a fixed-bed column are obtained.
