n-3 Feed composition for the production of pork with accumulated fatty acid

The feed for producing pork having much of n-3 fatty acid is prepd. by mixing linseeds and perilla seeds (mixing ration = 100:1-10), and re-mixing the obtd. mixt. 70-90 % and/or fish powder 2-5 %, oats 0.1-10 % as a promoting agent of cholesterol decline, carbohydrate 10-20 % and santoquin 0.1-10 % as antioxidant to obtain the final product. The obtd. feed is useful for producing pork contg. a lot of n-3 fatty acid by feeding to pig 7-15 day before buchering day.
