The present invention relates to a ceramic coating film formed at a low temperature, the ceramic aggregate having a weight ratio of 26-29, the zinc oxide (ZnO) having a weight ratio of 21-24,₂/ Na₂O in a molar ratio of 1 to 2 and a molar ratio of 10 to 15 by weight, and having excellent water solubility and freeze-thaw solubility, and a slate coated therewith.
