A blister pack is made by deep drawing clear, thermoplastic material into a mould (1) by applying a vacuum through a number of small holes on one side and air pressure through small holes in a heating plate on the other side. The heating plate is then replaced by a closing plate (18) which has recesses (21) opposite holes (25) in the mould which are larger than at least two holes (20) in the cardboard mount of the blister pack. The blister material (11) is heated and drawn into the recesses (21) to lock the pack. USE/ADVANTAGE - Provides improved method of securely locking a blister pack into the cardboard mount.
