The engine uses the combustion heat of the engine to produce hydrogen and oxygen using generated steam to drive a steam turbine coupled to a generator and an electrolysis device. The generated hydrogen is fed to a ring line feeding the individual combustion chambers via a folding bellows and dosing valves. Each combustion chamber is supported by a sealed roller bearing. The control of the operating rotors and the combustion chambers is effected via hydraulic/mechanical and electronic/mechanical controls. ADVANTAGE - Obtains efficiency of between 0.7 and 0.8. Longer working life of engine, more simply built. Reduced noise. Saves fossil fuel.
