Stacking device for old newspapers - fixes cord round inside of frame for subsequent easy knotting of bundle

The container is made up of four upright angled corner sections (1) defining a rectangular stacking chamber (2). The corner angles (1) are connected together by rectangular frame elements (3) set parallel to the stacking plane and fitting round the outside of the corner angles so that a gap is left between the opposing edges (1.1) of the corner angles. A clamping device (4,5) for the cord (6) is provided in the gap area, preferably on the top frame element in the stacking direction. When the stacking chamber is full the cord can be knotted and the device removed upwards. USE/ADVANTAGE - Stable stacks are formed which do not have to be handled until ready for removal.
