The filling, for a tooth damaged by caries, is a ceramic body (1) with rotational symmetry with slightly conical outer edge surfaces (3), as a prefabricated prod. Filling is in set dimensions for insertion into a drilling, of given dimensions, formed in the tooth with a slightly conical shape. The conical angle (alpha) for the ceramic body (1) is pref. 92-110 deg., and pref. 97 deg. At least one groove (4) is pref. formed in the base of the ceramic body (1), extended into the outer edge surface (3) of the body (1). The lower edge of the ceramic body (1) is rounded, and the upper surface (2) is profiled. ADVANTAGE - The prod. is simply produced, with a fit of high accuracy in the tooth, and which takes heavy loading forces.
