Mfg. longitudinal stator sections for linear traction motors - using stator iron@ packets and windings with longitudinal stators built in modular system

The desired gradient (RH) of the longitudinal stator section (11) and the exact height variation (RV) of the corresp. longitudinal section are set, using the system (1) and facilitated by the adjustable fixing bolts (2). The casings (3) are erected polygonally on the system (1) corresp. to the desired gradient of the longitudinal stator section, and the resulting joints between the casings are locked together. The stator iron packets (4) are installed with their recesses (12) on the fixing bolts (2). The windings (6) are inserted in the stator iron packets (4). The longitudinal stator section (11) is sealed up with suitable compound material. ADVANTAGE - Ensures higher quality standard than that achieved by site fabrication. With occurrence of electrical defects or mechanical damage individual stator sections are easily replaceable.
