摘要
In-vitro cultivation of human papilloma viruses (HPV) comprises (i) establishment of a cell line of human keratoacanthoma already replicating the virus, (b) incubation of (i) on a base (culture flask) for several weeks until a single layer is formed, (c) removal of the cell layer, (d) removal of cell detritus by centrifugation, and (e) removal of the supernatant contg. the viruses. Pref., (b) is at least for four weeks at 37 deg. C, (c) is by three freezing/thawing cycles or with neuraminidase at 37 deg. C, and (d) is at 3000 rpm. USE - The process provides a means for the in-vitro culturing of HPV.
