Use of phosphoric acid derivs. - to treat psoriasis, Karposi's sarcoma, neuro-dermatitis, allergy, acne and eczema

Phosphoric acid ester derivs. of formula (I) can be used in the treatment of skin diseases and of itching. In (I) R1 is H; R2 is aliphatic 6-30C alkyl or aliphatic 6-30C alkyl-carbonyl; X is O, S or NH; Z is O, S, NH or CH2; R3 is cyclohexyl or inosityl or a gp. from an amino alcohol -R4NR5R6; R4 is 1-12C alkylene bridge, opt. substd. with a COOH gp.; and R5 and R6 are each H or 1-5C alkyl. Pref. (I) can be used topically e.g. as solns., lotions, ointments, creams, gels, sprays, aerosols etc. Suitable concns. of (I) are 0.01-5 (esp. 0.1-1.0) wt.%. USE/ADVANTAGE - (I) can be used to treat skin diseases and itching, esp. the acute skin conditions, psoriasis, karposi sarcoma and neurodermatitis, and other skin diseases such as allergies, acne, eczema, pruritis etc.
