摘要
The method for adjusting the short-circuit torque for electric motor, i.e. servo motors, involves measuring the short circuit torque (MKi) of the motor, and then comparing the obtained value with a desired value (MKs), with a given relationship Mki = c.Iki-Mv existing between the short circuit torque (Mki) and the short circuit current (Iki); where c is a constant factor, and Mv is the torque loss of the electric motor. An electronic control device (10) is connected in series with the servo motor (11) (although other types of electric motor can be used e.g. a.c. or d.c. motors) and this series circuit is connected to a d.c. voltage supply source, via two terminals (12,13). ADVANTAGE - Provides very narrow tolerance band for short circuit torque in simple way.
