The assembly to treat a fluid passing through, which is sensitive to a magnetic field, has a magnet assembly (1) and a fluid system (6) with a relative movement between them. The direction of the polarity (5) of the magnet assembly is across the relative movement. The relative movement along the field lines and the movement of the fluid system (6) are at an angle which differs from 90 deg. USE/ADVANTAGE - The appts. is used for the treatment of organic and biological fluids such as for plant growth, water treatment, manure treatment, and for the treatment of foods, juices and drinks including wine. The orientation of the relative movement improves the action of the magnetic field.
