Device has four equally spaced axial conductors (1) with some capacitors (3) arranged around the conductors (1 or 2) so that an oscillating circuit is formed. The Eigen frequency of which corresponds to a first resonance frequency. The remaining capacitors (3) are arranged between the remaining conductors (1 or 2) to form a 2nd oscillating circuit with resonance at 90 degrees to the first circuit. Excitation with corresponding resonance frequency causes an approximation to a sine type surface current density. Capacitors not belonging to the oscillating circuit when placed on axial conductors form oscillation nodes (the nodes of standing waves), while if they are placed on the joining wires (2) they serve to provide a rectified current.
