The fumigation system is used in large halls eg. churches for preservation of woodwork by exposing it to noxious gas to kill woodworm etc. Big air bags are used to fill up open spaces so that less gas is needed to achieve a given concentration for adequate killing effect. Several airbags may be used shaped to fit a variety of big open spaces, eg. two bags (6,7) over the pews (5) and filling up the space under the roof. Other bags (8,9) may fill up other empty spaces. Wide-bore hoses (10) connect the individual bags so that they may be filled through a hose (11) leading from a single air compressor. USE/ADVANTAGE - Air bag system used to reduce volume of gas required while fumigating a church or other big building to kill woodworm.
