The tool has chamfered centering surface at the openings for the connecting screw which have corresp. chamfered heads at the screws. The centering unit is screwed into place together with them to hold the feet of the core at a defined angle and position w.r.t. the drilling for the threaded pin to engage the nut. A ring shoulder is pref. at the entry to the holding openings to take a distance ring on the connecting screws.
