The insert (10) has a diamond plate covering an entire surface of a carbide core bar (10a), where the plate is in the form of a diamond film (10b) with reduced thickness. The core bar has conical configuration openings (10d) formed along a small angle (beta), in its thickness, at the right and in the extension of conical openings (10c) formed on the film. The openings (10d) are extended by an internal thread (10e) for receiving a screwing unit i.e. screw, with a conical head, where the screw is only supported in a conical part formed on the openings (10d) of the core bar and forms its base.
