Pellets comprise a dispersion of Aloe vera extract in a matrix composed of a collagen, gelatine fractionated gelatin, collagen hydrolysate and/or a gelatin deriv. (as matrix former). The matrix also contains up to 50 wt.% of an additional matrix former which is dextran, a sugar, glycine, lactose, sorbitol, mannitol and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone. The pellets have a grain size of 0.2-12mm and exists as a lyophilisate. USE/ADVANTAGE - Aloe vera is used as an antibiotic, to promote healing of wounds, to treat gastric ulcers, to soften skin, and as an antiinflammatory agent. The pellets are storage stable and concentrated, and have good skin tolerabilit
