The circumferential brake housing (8-1, 8-2) is in two parts and has radial ribs. The brake discs (8-3,8-4) of the operating brake part (A) supporting the friction linings, as well as the brake discs (9-1 to 9-3) of the brake part (B) are mounted circumferentially fixed, but axially freely movable, on the outer circumference of a single- or multi-part cylindrical brake support (10-1, 10-2). The brake housing part on the flange side can have an inwardly extending annular projection (8-14) with lined friction face. Circulating brake linings(9-13,9-14) may be provided with opposite brake support(12-1) and brake housing bores(8-15). ADVANTAGE - High braking performance with low temp. with separate retaining brake part.
