Round the discharge opening on the tank jacket are stop members (7) in recesses (6) of the annular flange (3) with a depth extension (T) corresp. to at least 0.8 times the dimensions(D2) of the stop body in the direction of the tank axis (A-A) in the region of the inner tank surface (4). The ratio of the dimension of the stop body in the direction of the tank axis to the radial thickness (dR) of the annular flange is between 0.6 and 1.5, pref. between 0.8 and 1.2.The piston is pneumatically driven and has a plastically deformable skirt.
