The oxygen measuring cell includes an oxygen measuring electrode (4) and an oxygen permeable membrane (6). A sample screw cap (7) with the plant sample with the electrolyte (8) is connected across an inner screw thread (7.1) with a body (1). The appts. also includes a measurement cable (5), connecting the oxygen electrode to a measurement indicator and to an illumination control. A cuvette type vessel with temp. determination and regulation in the form of a thermoelectrical element (9) is located at the base surface. ADVANTAGE - Reduces cost of relatively long test. Appts. is easy to manipulate and is mobile. Power consumption is low.
