A small building is constructed from pillars to which walls are attached. Each pillar is generally of hollow circular cross-section and has eight equally spaced grooves (6) formed in its outer surface. Each groove has a cross-section formed by a circular arc. A tube (26) with an outside diameter to match the groove contour can be fitted on a groove. The tube has a longitudinal slit to receive a wall panel (24). The panel is held in place by a cover which is fitted over the upper end of the pillar. The cover is provided with a screw which expands the tube so that it is a tight fit in the groove. USE/ADVANTAGE - The building can be used as a kiosk, observation hut, pergola or pavilion. It is easily assembled or dismantled.
