The oversize is between 0.01 and 0.15 mm. Shortly before assembly the part to be inserted is superficially compressed by calibration by 0.01 - 0.1 mm. The surface of the part to be inserted can be artificially structured. Shortly before pressing in the e.g. round rod, the recess can be wetted with steam so that in the softened state the surface of the round rod and the surface of the recess fit positively together. USE/ADVANTAGE- For chairs,tables,cupboards etc.,with long service life and without need for adhesives or fasteners.
