Fixing permed human hair (which has been (i) treated with at least one perming compsn. (contg. at least one reducing agent) which has a pH of 6.5-8.0; and (ii) rinsed) comprises treating the hair with a compsn; comprising 1.5-5 wt. % of H202 and having a pH of 6.5-7.5. The compsn. is claimed per se. USE/ADVANTAGE - The compsn. gives improved fixing compared to prior art fixing compsns
