The support for transporting long bars or metal sections is constructed from two lengths of angle section (1,2). The two angle sections are arranged in a mirror symmetrical manner so that the outer edges of the horizontal flanges abut against each other to form a channel section. The two angle sections are held together by U shaped elements (3) fitted near each end of the section. The U shaped elements have inwardly projecting bolts (6,7) which engage open-ended slots in the vertical flanges of the angle sections. USE/ADVANTAGE - Transport of bars and metal sections.
