Device for the post-operative assembly of a lateral colostomy. This device comprises in combination:… a) two semi-rings (1, 2) which fit together at their ends by means of tenons (3-3') formed on the male semi-ring (1) and of mortices (4-4') formed in the female semi-ring (2), the upper face of each semi-ring being equipped, at its external edge, with an overhanging rim (13-14);… b) extending each one of the semi-rings (1-2) at their centres, two tube segments, one (5) of which is solid and extends the male semi-ring (1) and the other, of length equal to the diameter of the ring (1-2), is hollow and extends the female semi-ring (2);… c) at the lower face of each semi-ring (1-2), an adhesive cutaneous protective semi-ring (9-10) which is wider than the ring (1-2), which it exceeds on both sides, and extended, towards the exterior, by a semi-collar (11-12) of a microporous adhesive. …IMAGE…
