Device for dispensing under gravity a measured volume of liquid product from a cistern divided internally into compartments. In the case of each of the compartments (14) of the cistern, the device comprises a retaining basin (16) which has a draining orifice controlled by a bottom valve (20) the flap of which can occupy open, closed and half-open positions, a dispensing pipework (23) connected to the exit orifice of the valve, a turbine fitted in the said pipework, a first probe (26) arranged at a level slightly above that where a vortex would appear, when the flap is in open position, the said probe controlling, when the level of the liquid product reaches its height, the travel of the said flap towards its half-open position, and a second probe (32) arranged at a level which is at most equal to that of the upper edge of the basin, the said second probe being capable of causing the counter to stop.
