Three-base propellant powder charge containing nitrocellulose, explosive oil, nitroguanidine and additives, characterised by the partial replacement of nitroguanidine with RDX and by manufacture without the use of solvents. It has a better yield and a flatter pressure/temperature curve than a comparable propellant charge powder which does not contain any RDX. IMAGE
